Founder, Katie Gilbert, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Toronto, a Masters in Business Administration from Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University, and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
Before founding Strategic Milestones, Katie had a series of senior roles in organization development at JCPenney and Gap Inc. and was a Senior Manager at Accenture Inc., formerly Andersen Consulting and a Principal at Oliver Wyman, formerly Delta Consulting.
